their menu has things on it they don't serve anymore. they use styrofoam cups with no lids as kiddie cups. the entire place looks so run down. the prices are ridiculous. the house salad was so sad looking with wilting lettuce. only reason it gets 2 stars is the filet was good.

WOW! Unable to check in until 4:00...decided to get some lunch at Pier 684- SO GLAD WE DID!!!! Found Pier 684 as we were driving up from Cincinnati on Google. Our review is EXCELLENT +++++++++++!!!! Our waitress was Jenna- she too was WOW! Informed us of the specials- they were delish!!! We had the Texas BBQ Bacon Cheese Fries, Bermuda Triangle, Crab cakes with the Lobster Bisque, and the child's corn dog and fries- FRESH, HOT, and delicious taste!!! We stopped by your restaurant tonight after a visit to the Toledo Zoo and had a wonderful experience. The food was great and the hospitality was awesome! The waiters and waitresses all seemed to stop by to say hello to our little girl and we felt very comfortable with our first visit - we'll definitely be back when we're in Sandusky again. After a day at Cedar Point, this was a great ending. Everything we had was amazing. We had scallops and crab cakes which were both delicious. The lobster bisque was really the best! Such great flavors! The table also had an excellent view of the lake at sunset and the rides. Jenna was our server and she was very good! Personable, friendly and attentive. This was a really wonderful experience.
