Dropped boat off 3-26 was told be 3 weeks , Called back 3 weeks later no answer left message no response, went by this week gates closed and blocked cannot go on not get any answers , I’ve been calling every hour leaving messages still no response 😡
This is the most awful business I think I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We dropped off a boat November 12th and we’re told 6 weeks. Called and called and called and no answer. We had to go up there to get anyone to say anything. They told us yesterday it would be ready yesterday or today. Now all of a sudden they’re closed. And no one said a word about that yesterday! Do yourself a favor and stay far far away! Also, to the owner.. we WILL have the cops escort us next time to get our boat 🙃
They have had our boat for 3-4 months to winterize it and no one has contacted us to say it’s ready or returned any of our many calls. They now have a sign on the gate saying they will not be returning to work until February 1st. Our boat is sitting in the parking lot with no cover on it or under any cover!!!!
The customer service was horrible. Will not be returning and I do not recommend!

Dustin is a great mechanic he is very knowledgeable and a great guy. The best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Pier 55.
I’d like to give a big shout to Dustin Parker for his expertise, honesty and knowledge. He did a complete engine swap/rebuild on a big block 496 and I am 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend his services. Whatever job you may need, big or small, this is your man.
I recommend Pier 55 Marine every chance I get. I tell everyone that you couldn’t ask for a more dependable and honest person to work on your boat. Good or bad they are honest with you about what is wrong with your boat and what it will take to fix fix it. With years of experience and the quality of work without question there is no other place I would ever go to.
