Great food, but lacking in customer service Pier 500 has a great location on the St. Croix, and always usually pretty busy. They have great food, especially the coconut shrimp, but the customer service was horrible. The waitress did not do a good job at keeping our drinks refilled or just stopping by to see how we were doing.
Pier 500 Excellent bar/grill right on the St. Croix River. The food is great and the staff are always friendly. One of my favorite places to eat at. Be sure to order a towering chocolate cake...there's enough for 4 people!
5 stars says it all! We stopped at this restaraunt on a family weekend getaway and we loved it! The atmosphere was classy but comfortable. We dined on their large patio overlooking the St.Croix River. The staff was excellent- forseeing refills and questions quickly without ever having to even flag them down! We ordered their artichoke spinach dip with chiabatta bread and it was delcious.
