Gets asked why there's no tenants staying at 15 Millwood. 36 plus vacancies. Me who then explains why and then gets told I'm lying 😂🤣 Wyse Utilities has been ripping us off for years at this property. We are billed off that bulk meter that gets split across 97 units, not only do we pay to use the laundry machines but we also have to pay for the utility cost of it and no reimbursement. Bills spiking between 240 to 300 plus. And electricity somehow being 150$ when an apartment the same size cost 50.00 😂 billing is practical... read more
Strip away superintendents, only to leave residents unable to have anyone fix technical issues with the outdated and bare-bones units. Technicians came and gone , because Pier 1 refuses to return any kind of Urgent message in a timely manner.
Horrible !!! Never rent from them again . And learn how to treat you tenants !! And fix maintenance requests properly !!
** Edit - another month with no buzzer and no action or communication taken to resolve the issue. They seem to be taking over management of more properties, but can’t seem to handle the ones they currently have. As a previous property manager of six years, I’m blown away at the lack of care and professionalism shown by this company. * edit: it’s now been three weeks without a working intercom system.
