Our family has come here for 30 years. Not sure what has changed over last year or so. After 5 weeks of them having my father's boat and not doing a thing to it, he decided to pick it up and go elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble, and don't forfiet your summer fun with this business. Strongly suggest finding another marina that cares about customer service and has a functioning service department.

Pier 36 has always displayed exemplary customer service and a willingness to always go the extra mile to help. As new boat owners, we feel lucky to have been them in our back yard. Our older fishing boat needed 'a little bit of love' and we were happy to have it fire up and run perfectly on our first trip on the water. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new boat or simply have repairs.
Pier 36 has taken care of our boat for years. Neil, Anna and the rest of the staff are great!
