This building sucks
Im not one to leave reviews but this one is well deserved. As a mover I have been in many buildings in Toronto. The one thing I can say THANK YOU “AZIZ” he is the concierge that makes this whole place better. Our clients move was effortless and no issues. If every concierge could adopt this man’s personality things would be smooth and happier tenants or owners. As per the building it was extremely clean and no issues. Live here if you want to have trash around your car. I was told in person by 39 QQE staff that these trash bins are there to make 39 QQE residents life easier by saving them 20 footsteps from going to the trash room. No wonder handicap parkings are full of cars without handicap card. And they are denying it by email, saying there’s a repair in trash room with unknown ETA date. I used to do security in this place. I would just say to buyers/renters be mindful of what you may be getting in to. Talk to residents before committing. Not enough training is given to the security guards. I was shown ONE time where the fire alarm shut off was, Then told it probably wouldn’t matter because the fire alarm never goes off. As you can see from the other reviews, that’s not true. People were consistently moving out.
