It's a beautiful area, but the building is showing its age. No ventalation in hallways, gets very warm in summer. Lots of new lipstick, and extra costs to compare with Toronto.....that's what owners compare us to. Visitors pay to park. no longer any on-site maintenance only janitorial. No repairs only new excuses. I love the area, but would love a hot shower.

I have lived at Pier 100 apartments, on Sandy Lane, Sarnia. It’s also known as Homestead I have lived here for 6 years. The staff is amazing. And it’s a beautiful place to live. However , they don’t tell you about all of the hidden charges. My rent increased 5.5% per year in the last couple years. For nothing. They made us pay back pay for it amounting to $2300. We pay for storage $40 parking $60 , and visitor parking daily. Per hour which was just implemented last year. So we can have no visitors . We also pay for laundry a... read more

I am living at Pier 100. It’s a beautiful maintained building. However they have increased our rent over 11% in three years. We also pay for parking and storage and air conditioners. Our staff is amazing. So maybe another $300 per month for all of that. And they keep increasing our rent over the 2.5 normal increase. There is no air conditioning and it costs $150 for the summer to run your own air conditioner. We also have no guest parking. They have to pay to park. Which is absurd. Why anyone would move here is beyond me.

I lived at Pier 100 for 6 years. neighbours are great and its a well maintained property. Long term tenants have made Pier 100 thier home and not just a place to rent. One of Sarnias gems.
