I was visiting in the area and decided to stop at this location. The product selection was good, but my customer service experience could have been better. I was not acknowledged when I entered the store. Also, I had been browsing a while before anyone offered assistance, yet other new customers received a different level of attention. Despite this, I still had a good shopping experience because I love Pier 1 products.
KAREN IS THE BEST ... We arrived at Pier 1 after visiting several different places looking for that special piece for our office reception area. She kept moving furniture around looking for different options for us until she found just the right one. Just completely went out of her way to accomadate our needs ... We our so in love with our reception area and our clients are as well !!! Than you Pier 1 and thank you KAREN FROM MILLENIA PLAZA you are a real asset to the company !!!!
