RecommendedI love our Pier 1 store but recently had an interesting experience there. I had an email advertising 20% off all regular price items. However at the store there were no signs advertising that and the associate who checked me out didn’t mention it even though I used my Pier 1 card. When I realized it when I got home that I had not received my 20% discount I called the store and was told the associates are not allowed to mention the sale and they wouldn’t be able to adjust my bill.
