Unacceptable I ordered a standing mirror via phone because this was the only store left that has it. On the day I was picking it up, I called an hour before and they said it was packed and ready to go. At the store, I waited for about 15 minutes and one of the staff told me the mirror broke a while back and the threw it away. SAY WHAT???? I don't mind about not getting the mirror at all, but the fact that I called AN HOUR BEFORE and now they tell me this!!! Unbelievable and totally unacceptable. Not a good Pier 1 Pier 1 is one of my favorite places to shop, so I definitely recommend the chain itself, but this particular location is not worth the stop. They don't have a good selection at all compared to the others, they often seem to be running out of things, and there are places where they just haven't bothered to restock.
Great I love shopping at any Pier 1 Imports store but I think this location is my favorite. They have such a wide selection of items in so many colors and styles that you can find something beautiful for any spot on your house (or apartment.) The prices aren't bad and they run sales quite often so you can get a lovely item at a decent price if you look around. The staff here is terriffic!
