I went shopping at a Pier1 Import store in Bakersfield and bought several dishes there priced individually. They were displayed next to the checkout counter under an "awesome" pricing sign. Later when I got home, I washed the dishes and removed the price sticker from underneath. I found two stickers, one on top of the other: one with the price I paid and the original price underneath which was a dollar less than what I had paid.
