Desiree Stokes came to our home and quoted an accurate price on moving all of our furniture and household items from Red Wing, MN to our new home in Rochester. MN. We decided to use Piepho Moving and scheduled a date for our move. They set 8 men and all the equipment needed for our move. They all arrived on time and prepared for a long day. The experience was average. Crew was slow , equipped with only one tool kit to take care of assembly leading to significantly slower process . In addition they do not wrap the mattresses during transfer . In my case the pain on the stair railing , roof and the mattress cover had some damage to it . Finally the process of estimating the cost was also not accurate and not all the relevant information were disclosed at the time . We just moved across the country from Colorado Springs to Virginia and our driver, Chris Roth, was phenomenal. He communicated throughout the entire process and was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions we had. He was responsible for hiring the local moving crews at both start and destination and they were awesome as well. One of the crew leaders even pulled me aside to tell me I was so lucky and got the best driver there is.
