I can't thank the 2 young men enough for their efforts in helping us move. They worked very efficiently and were respectful in not banging walls or our furniture.
Complete incompetence. They packing large, heavy boxes on top of smaller boxes clearly labeled as fragile; they did not label items; they lost our belongs; they attempted to deliver items that did not belong to us; and they dropped an entire load of boxes clearly labeled as fragile in front of me. The delivery guy promised to inform his superiors. I also immediately informed Piepho. I just received a meager refund with a note stating that because they were not made aware of this issue, they could not refund me in full. This ... read more
