Just wanted to give a shout out to Pielands! Visiting friends in Atlanta and decided to try this place and it did not disappoint. We were undecided on what to order and this wonderful young man Nick recommended the Noni pizza, which I had never heard of, and it was delicious! Highly recommend this place!!
Recently had a great experience at pielands. I just moved to Virginia Highlands recently and first pizza place I’ve had was pielands and it was a great introduction to the area. The guy with all the tattoos (didn’t get his name) helped me today and was personable, funny and knew the menu in and out. The pizza was amazing, I had the breadsticks and took home a cheese pizza for the family, every single person enjoyed it. Ordered delivery tonight through door dash & had high hopes but was disappointed. The pizza was tasty, toppings were proportional, but the crust was over baked on one side, leaving it barely chewable even after heating it up. We got the garlic parm wings & they were very underseasoned & the chicken was dry (inside & out). Also paid for the housemade marinara and didnt receive it, but we did receive the homemade ranch which was great.
