Dr.Phiel is an amazing and dedicated Dr. I don’t know why other reviews state she doesn’t accept them. I’ve never heard of this and she only doesn’t accept patients who won’t vaccinate and I thank her for that because in a world where everyone thinks they are right healing with oils and home remedies I am relieved to be in an office that stands up for what is best and doesn’t put other patients at risk. They also have a separate waiting room for sick patients which is very considerate.
Dr.Phiel is a great Dr whom does not rush my visits and is very knowledgeable in her field.
Nightmare!!! Worst office staff you will ever encounter!! This office is money hungry, they only care about money, they absolutely do NOT care at all about your child!! When they screw up (multiple occasions) they don't try to get you in to see the doctors ASAP, earliest the next MONTH!! I have PPO insurance. My insurance told me they try and send the same bill multiple times. When they don't pay, they tried to give me the already paid for bill "out of pocket" and they won't see my son!!
When making my annual physical exam appointment for my son, the office states that it is recommended that healthy children be only seen every two years. When asking why this is recommended, the staff says that it's written in the doctor's notes. I have done my research, and every website suggests that children be seen annually. When asking to speak with the doctor as to why this is the case with my son she said she refuses to see him. Really? For asking questions?
