Only bring your vehicle/ time/ money to this "business" if you're okay with having your vehicle sit there for 2 to 3 weeks and being told every time you call in that it's due to lack of mechanics and whatnot. Do some research. guaranteed you can find a better shop without too much work. Try to avoid Reginald at all costs if you can. He goes by Reggie and has a very sharp know-it-all attitude, most of the mechanics/ shop help that were here quit or were "terminated". Very nice people and very efficient. They help me. We just passed by Pagosa Springs and we had a bed break situation. They managed to squeeze us in next morning. Very fair price highly recommended.
Pros! Real Pros! Been doing business with them, this our fifth year in Pagosa, and we will be continuing to take our vehicles here.
Lyndall helped me with an issue I was having with my car leaking anti freeze. On what seemed like a really busy day he was able to take some time to help me out. I do not live in Pagosa Springs so I was really worried about getting raked over the coals being an out of towner. Lyndall was as honest as they come. If I lived in Pagosa they would be my go to for sure! And if you do not live here and need a good honest mechanic I would come here! 10 out of 10!
I made the mistake of purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel...it seemed like a good idea at the time & for a while it was. But since the thing turned on us (as they are known to do) Bill, Lyndal & the rest of the team at Piedra auto have been patient, gracious & mechanically spot on! They consistently go above & beyond. I'll never go anywhere else, even when I finally get out from under this Jeep.
