I am late in writing this review but everytime I am traveling in my van I am reminded of the incredible care we received at Piedra Automotive. The owner, Bill, made us feel like part of the family when we showed up without an appointment and asked for help with our van. The service was over and above the best we have ever received. The expertise and knowledge of what needed to done was exceptional. As we drove away we wished we lived closer to Pagosa! They truly made us feel at home and very welcome in their town.
DO NOT GO HERE. The owner Bill doesn't care about his customers, nor about giving me the right quote or information after I was charged diagnostic fees. Bill sent my bank a totally fake diagnostic that was never sent to me stating that my truck was never leaking out of the left axle, despite it visibly leaking.. something the service advisor and myself went over when I brought my truck here. The owner Bill says he doesn't care about reviews, nor about giving me the right quote or information after I was charged diagnostic fees for them to write out what I told them was wrong with my truck and then tell it back to me.
