We recently had PWC come out to our elementary school with their animal ambassadors. Noelle did a great job with the students in her presentation and took the time to answer all of their many questions. The students who participated are in an Envirothon Club, where we study native NC species, so it was a perfect hands-on opportunity for students to be engaged in learning. PWC's theme of connecting people and nature fits so well with our school vision of creating environmentally-minded citizens of the world!
PWC did a wonderful job presenting at my school this past week. Everyone LOVED seeing and learning about these great animal ambassadors. We will definitely use PWC again!
We had our son's 5 year old birthday party at PWC last weekend, and although it was cold and rainy, it was still great! We got to meet several different animal ambassadors, including a friendly rabbit, opossum, snake, and turtle. They made setting up the party easy, and the instructor did a wonderful job with the kids. Everyone had a great time, and I highly recommend.
Our son's birthday party was a huge hit. Matt was great with the kids who were in love with all the animals! A super time and an amazing resource. Can't wait to return!
They came to my classroom earlier this week and my students had a GREAT time! They learned so much, got to pet animals that they never would have gotten the chance to before, and also talked about how nice the ladies that brought the animals were. �
We love having PWC for our Summer Club! The presenters are great with the kids and we all learn a lot! Thanks for making the trip to Roxboro!
It was my daughter's first time at the camp and she absolutely loved it. As I was picking her up after the first day, she said: "Mom, it was the best day of my life!" :)
