I have to say the staff and nurses were all so wonderful to me. I had an outpatient surgery and of course was nervous. From check in to OR prep they took great care of me. RN Jessica, RN Coda, RN Melinda, PA Henry and Dr Lichtenstein (anesthesiologist). All had great bedside manner and answered all my questions. Thank you!
I submitted a request for my daughter's breast reduction consultation on May 28th. I received an email on June 8th from Pamela Miller advising to contact the customer service number. We contacted the customer service number and scheduled the appointment for 09/22/21 1015 am. We thought everything was set but ohhhh no we were mistaken. We drove 3 1/2 hours from Columbia, SC to Atlanta to find out her appointment was canceled because she tried to contact us and couldn't leave a voice-mail (even though she had my email address)... read more
Everyone there, from start to finish, what a wonderful crew. Careful, considerate, kind, caring, what more could you ask. Got my jokes, felt that I was in the most professional effective hands. Very reassuring. Wish I could hug them all. It was yesterday and I feel closer to recovery today than you can imagine. Thanks.
