My experience with the provider was good, and the care itself met my expectations. However, the online appointment scheduling process needs improvement. When I schedule a specific appointment time, I am often not seen until nearly an hour after my scheduled check-in, which is frustrating and defeats the purpose of booking a set time.
I had a sprained ankle and went here for care and it was really great! Everyone was so nice and so respectful of my injury. Things went fast and I got an xray and needed a boot and crutches. They even helped me to my car. I would recommend them and will go back if I need to in the future!
I was trying to review another urgent care and somehow piedmont popped up in the previous review which is totally inaccurate. It was piedmont who gave me the wrong medication. I went in for a UTI. Saw Dr Moon. Liked him. I’ve seen him before and am always glad when he is at the practice. He prescribed Macrobid (nitrofurantoin) which was what I needed. BUT the staff dispensed naproxen.
