I cancelled my appt 6 hours before because I was called into work, and they still charged me the full price of $210. I called multiple times and was told I'd receive a call back every time and no one ever called.

BEWARE if you have an HSA/HDHP. They will not tell you how much they will bill to insurance despite asking directly so if you have an HDHP the bill will be a mystery. The cash payer visit charge is $210 but my insurance was billed (and subsequently billed to me with an HDHP) was $255. I knew that I would be on the hook for the cost but the fact they wouldnt tell me how much gets billed is unacceptable. Be prepared to pay a premium just for having insurance. The doctors are nurses are awesome and get the diagnosis right every time. However, their billing is HORRBLE! You have to scan your insurance card before they even see you, which is fine, but then they bill you for the whole amount stating they don't have your insurance. What? I HAD to load it before being seen. Then you try calling them and hold for a looooong time. I've been holding for 34 mins now and nothing. Sorry not going back. Horrible post service which is a shame as the doctors are nurses are great.
