I have been to this location twice once I came for myself I was diagnosed with bronchitis a week later I didn't feel any better so I stopped in. She looked at me and treated me like I was an idiot and said "so what exactly do you want me to do about it" I want you to help me feel better. That's what! Everything was wonderful the staff is very professional and kind. Make sure to use their onsite pharmacy. Saves a trip and you can start your meds right away…My thanks to all

I have come into the urgent care more times than I can count. I have seen Chrystal the last 5-6 times I’ve come in and she has always been so amazing and explains everything so well and really cares about her patients. I’ve seen Chrystal more times than I’ve seen my PCP in the last year because I can never get an appointment. All the front staff and medical assistants are wonderful and accommodating. I will pick the place again and again because service is excellent

The staff was friendly but didn't test for what I was diagnosed with.They said that they didn't do the test there and I had to see my primary care physician to get the test. So I spent the money for this and really didn't get anything but it might be this diagnosis on my issue but did no test. But online they said that they would treat it. I like having everything in one place from Piermont but will probably go to another urgent care with another provider

I came here on a Saturday and saw Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Smith. She came into the room and didn’t even listen to all of my symptoms, and made the assumption that I had allergies and gave me a whole speech about using allergy medicine every single day. She compared me to other patients and what she has been seeing a lot come into her office. She didn’t even look at me before she started making her assumptions.
