If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I received no treatment and was just referred to the ER. I know I will receive a bill for them to have done absolutely nothing.
Everyone was wonderful I couldn’t ask for a better experience thorough compassionate kind had the meds on site went to extra lengths to ensure nothing was missed I can’t recommend enough!
Easy to make a last minute appointment, showed up, got checked in, seen by the provider, diagnosed and sent on my way with prescriptions. The staff were friendly and efficient. In and out in well under an hour. Great experience.
There is nothing “urgent” about this location. Significantly long wait times—steer clear. I walked in at 11:15, was told 3 folks were ahead of me. Waited patiently and checked in again at 12:30 only to be told that now 5 folks were waiting ahead of me. How does that make sense? If you want to wait and not be seen in a timely manner, come here. Seemingly no concern for customer care or satisfaction.
