Alful the staff was nice but the nurse practitioner was rude and didn't want to do anything about my son illness
The staff is always very nice and professional. I truly like being able to set up an appt before I arrive completing all the paperwork need online before arriving. This is a very nice urgent care facility. I refer them often.
Best Urgent care in Columbus. I've had to go up there twice in a period of 3 weeks and ended up getting Dr. Benoit both times. They get to the root of the problem and resolve it. I've been to a couple other urgent cares and was misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong meds. Here are Piedmont they got me taken care of, even though they had a full list of patients on the waiting list. Can't say enough about the whole team there, highly recommend!
Had to get a quick Xray today per my Primary Doctor. I had a CT scan days before and for a strange reason they thought I had swallowed a penny/battery, something of that size. The staff from checking in, to the doctor, they were first class. We all had a bit of a laugh. The people that did my CT scan did it with my clothes on. Looks like the CT scan picked up my little metal decoration on my bra.
