I recently purchased a Gravely Atlas JSV from Piedmont. Wonderful and handy addition to our beekeeping operation. I was having some issues with the gear shift and called for service. Left a message. They responded quickly. Instead of sending out a truck to haul it back to shop and being without it for a couple days, they came out and fixed it on-site in few minutes. Fantastic customer service. Very impressed!
The people make the difference had two guys deliver my tractor today and go over all the features I looked all around and bought from a great company looking forward to many years of service and more equipment in the future

IN the middle of a work day, my lawn mower started acting up, swung into Piedmont tractor and I walked out of there in just a short time with my mower fixed! Great workmanship and very personal. Couldn't believe that I didn't have to wait for days like I have at other shops. I will recommend to my friends and I will be there any time that I need work done on my equipment!!!
