During the past month, Rich Greene, the Service Manager at Haymarket’s Piedmont Tire location, has kindly and professionally helped me navigate repairs to my 2017 Honda Pilot that would have cost me almost $12,000 at a local Honda dealer. Because of his patience and knowledge, I avoided the expense of purchasing another vehicle, and I now feel safe driving my current vehicle for less than a thousand. Thank you Rich, for going out of your way to help this old retired teacher feel confident about driving her used car again.
I’ve been taking my cars to Piedmont Tire & Auto for years—mostly Haymarket (love the chairs!) but also Gainesville—and the customer service is exceptional every single time.
