Very Disappointing Experience I came to Piedmont Tire & Auto today, 8/18/26, with a scheduled appointment for 4:30 PM for something as simple as a tire rotation. It is now 6:00 PM, and I’m still sitting here waiting. I understand that shops can get busy and unexpected things happen, but if you schedule an appointment, I expect the vehicle to be serviced reasonably close to that appointment time. The best and most honest repair shop!
This place is so wonderful. They always get the work done so quickly,and the staff (particularly Kevin) are very kind.
I don’t usually write reviews, but for Piedmont Tire and Auto in Haymarket, I feel like they definitely deserve one. Long story short, I brought my 2008 Volkswagen Touareg to them for an electrical issue. My sunroof drain holes got clogged, leading to water getting into the driver side carpet and shorting out the car because two wires were corroded. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in under two days, and they were very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using them for electrical issues... read more
Greatest shop ever!! I had a flat on my older Mercedes and they fixed it for free ( I bought the tires there). The best part was when I dropped it off their shuttle car was in maintenance and they paid for me to Uber home. I brought the new one in and they replaced the tires without any issues. The sales guy ( I think his name is Kevin?) is just about the nicest guy you will ever meet. Well done once again Piedmont. Thank you.
