Fantastic ppl. Fantastic work. Very honest.
This place is great! Great service but the best part is they are honest. They don't try and upsell and honestly let you know what the issues are or whether you even have an issue. I went to them for a second opinion. The other company told me I needed a new turbo charger on my truck. Piedmont did a thorough review of the vehicle and determined the Turbo Charger was not the issue! They saved me thousands of dollars.
This is my third visit to the store (First two visits were really good experience). This was the first time I dropped off my car at 9:30 AM for a safety inspection. I attempted to reach you multiple times by phone, but no one answered. I finally got through at 6:00 PM, only to be told that my car had not been inspected. If you have a high volume of cars in line, it would be helpful to inform customers in advance so they can plan accordingly. Called to ask some questions about state inspections as I'm from a different state and just moved here. The receptionist was cutting me off and attacking me. I tried to clarify multiple times what I was asking and she was so rude and being so demeaning over tiny questions. She could've just said she didn't know or I don't know been polite. I've been in Customer Service for over 10 years...I would've been fired for how she handled that conversation.
