UPDATE: I have been back several times for various needs and have been handled in a friendly professional efficient manner. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU NEED A LICENSE! The employees were very friendly and fast service. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because they won't even do a simple address change on your license. The sign on the door states no licenses, well I didn't want a license, just to update my address, a few clicks on a keyboard and they can't do it.

We'll start with moving to Piedmont, and getting my license changed to my new address. Out of four people in their office at that time, NO ONE knew how to use the system to input my data with my new address. They asked me to come back later (more time off work). I come back later, and nothing changed! They could not operate the system to change my info over. I ended up just going into OKC and hitting up a random tag agency - got it done in ten minutes! The lady was so rude and needs to learn some customer service skills. It's not worth saying anymore than that. Do better!! Notice they don't even respond to their reviews.
