I had an excellent experience today with Brittney and Dr. Mathes. First of all they called and scheduled me within 3 days of my request and got me in fast. Brittney pulled me in started my intake and personally calmed me out of a complete meltdown of anxiety and emotions that were just not stop. She listen and she talked to me, asked me questions about “why” I was feeling these emotions and then really talked to me like a person not just another on her watch type of patient. We highly recommend Samuel Asante, MD. He is a top-notch Neurosurgeon with outstanding skills. My husband had emergency surgery for bleeding in the brain area. We were very fortunate Dr. Asante was on call. My husband had NO loss of motor skills as my mother did having the same type surgery with another doctor. This place is horrible! The staff that handles scheduling are very rude and untrustworthy. I am in severe pain following up on a referral from the ER Doctor that stated my issue is serious and needs immediate attention, however this office stated that I was not even referred to them by the ER. They are forcing me to go back to the ER and are unwilling to see me.
Dr Troup is the best Dr and has incredible knowledge. I would recommend him 1 million percent
