As a Facility Director, of a 129,000 sq ft school, with a two pipe system running 2 boilers, and a chiller, I couldn't even imagine not being able to rely on these guys. H.B. Moore, Regional V.P., Mac Ross Service Manager, run a tight ship. Lori Evans, Scott in projects, and their customer service team, Emma, & Darlene. Piedmont services have been our HVAC contractors for over four years, I must say they are always on top of every issue we have ever had, I call the service manager and he will get someone on the site with in 30 minutes or less, and most techs are coming from the Greenville area, they have been very good for the company. and I don't have any thing bad I could ever say, if you need professional HVAC. I would call them. LB
The technicians are first class. They always have the best attitude and empathy for our HVAC situation. When I make a service request, within 20 minutes I have return call informing me of my technicians name and projected time of arrival the same day! I don't know how they do this time after time. Impressive.......

Greenville Utilities Commission Wastewater Treatment Plant has used Piedmont Service Group going on 3 years now and the service has been outstanding! From prompt response times to how well everyone communicates from the business to the customer, there is nothing bad to say about this company. I highly suggest partnering with Piedmont Service Group for all of your HVAC needs. A 5-star rating isn't high enough for the service they provide.
