Months ago, we specifically scheduled an appointment with Dr. Veludandi, then was called by their office the day before the appointment to reschedule it. At first, it was pushed back by a full month, then they called back and said to come in the next day at 2:40pm. Never received any new patient forms, that they asked for. Waited to get checked in, went to the back and was told that the doctor was out that day and we could see a PA if we wanted to.
