The young lady in office was polite and sweet and very friendly we love it there
Recently purchased by a management company about a year or 2 ago. Prices have gone up 10% each year since (twice). They've invested in capacity (more units available for rent), but other than that I haven't noticed any improvement to justify the 20% increase personally. Maybe it's to match competitive pricing? Maybe it's to account for inflation? Not sure. Only reason we continue to stay is due to proximity to our residence as it's only about 1-2 miles away.
My wife and I are using AAA Storage Randleman, for our storage needs and we love the facility, very clean and the units are easy to get to. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is easy to access, clean, and the location is perfect for where I live. They offer locks and insurance coverage that is very helpful if you need it.
