Very run down apartments management does not fix anything fire extinguishers are outdated over 6 years so it will be catastrophic if a fire was to happen
I've been here one year. The apartments are like me, old and rode hard. I've only had one maintenance issue and that was solved a day or 2 after I reported it. Other tenants are friendly though not overly social. Before signing up I checked with local police. They told me they did not have a crime problem. I was amazed how peaceful and quiet this place is.
