I was scheduled for an MRI at 3:30 on 2/3/25. Checking in was a snap. However, after I had waited for an hour and 15 minutes I asked the gentleman at the desk what the delay was. He informed me that the MRI machine was broken, and the technician was moving MRI patients to another building. He told me that he would keep me posted. He didn't. He actually left the building, so at 5:30 PM, three other patients and I were left in the waiting room twiddling our thumbs, wondering what was going on. Repeatedly misread several CT scans w/contrast! Reports 'appendix' is normal. I DONT HAVE AN APPENDIX! It ruptured and was removed! I was hospitalized in this very hospital . If this mistake was just once, I could understand. But No! Several scans over the past few months and they've made the same mistake each time! Makes me wonder what kind of growth is there that they are misreading! How am I supposed to believe ANYTHING they report if they can't get this right!

I had a great experience here for my MRI. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and made a point of getting me processed quickly given the pain I was in prior to my test. They were also helpful and reassuring getting me setup given I had to take medication prior due to my claustrophobia. If you have to have an MRI, this office is a good place to do it.
