Went for an appointment this morning at 8:30 with Cindy Liberal. She was probably the worst NP I’ve ever encountered when it comes to immediate care. She was IMMEDIATELY rude from the moment I arrived. Prior to even walking into the appointment I was met with an ignorant question about whether my first name was “Hall”. My husband was referred to this location for a Covid and flu test and was charged $370 new patient fee without being told this would be the case. This should have been told upfront. Tried to call to inquire and the rep was so rude.
