7/15/2025 Definitely didn’t receive a warm welcome. We were greeted with “I called you because you filled his form out incorrectly and stated that he was 2”. I guess looking at his birthday and assuming the 1 was mistakenly left off after seeing the year he was born wasn’t a thought. Immediately irritated because for one, my husband made the appointment and it can’t be that big of a deal. He made the mistake so to be greeted with that was annoying. Not at all adequate.
Refused to see my husband because they are a "Quick Care" instead of Urgent Care. 🤷♀️ How do they know the urgency if he couldn't get past the front desk? He was there for a concern that was listed under their services. Disappointing as this location is super convenient to us.
