Visited the clinic for an illness. They took my insurance information and co-pay, and then billed my insurance company 3 times their clearly posted prices. After the insurance company paid their adjusted rates, I received a bill in the mail for the balance, which was $34 more than if I had paid cash on the day of the visit.
