I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was speaking with the NP after making the request for an E-Visit. Sherri was very helpful, she listened, and I felt she was empathetic about the pain I am experiencing. From making the initial request to having our conversation completed took maybe an hour. Super convenient for someone with a busy schedule.
