The visit was very successful and we really liked the professionalism.
The NP wasted my money and time. She should have spoke to a doctor for clarity. Just because you hold a degree does not make you qualified to do your job. Let’s be clear, I do not have any problem with my Piedmont providers they go above and beyond to make sure I am ok. But what I won’t stand for is someone brushing me off because they lack the knowledge, understanding, awareness or care. So for that NP do better!
