You have to get your family doctor to write script or call into the test center. Good luck getting quick cooperation from your doc. Mine said I had to come to his office. That way he gets paid. Then only certain insurances are accepted. Then you have to make an appointment for the test center. You’re sick and you have to squeeze your tired eyes and move around the internet and complete a 15 min “form” including filling in driver’s license numbers, insurance and repeat it when you make a mistake.
