Went for an appointment and the check in computer wasn’t working. Did the check in online and went to ask on the prescription side for help since there was absolutely no one on the quickcare side. They told me to just sit and wait for someone to come get me. My appointment was at 12:30pm and I waited until like 12:50. I called the phone that was on the desk and asked if there was anyway I could get an update on my appointment, she nicely told me to wait and that they were probably running behind. Indifferent. Primary Dr. asked to set an appointment there for BP read. No appointment slots for available that day. Went elsewhere. I recall going years ago and the experience was OK for basic cold symptoms. There was nobody to talk to there and 2 people waiting.
Great experience. Check-in was easy. Appointment started exactly on time. The healthcare provider was friendly and professional, putting me at ease immediately. I quickly received the care I needed (poison ivy exposure) and was on my way.
My Dr office made the appointment for me. Got there told to go to urgent care, called to ask why they send me to closing urgent care. Their reason my daughter is under 18 months… she is 19 months. Then hung up when I said will be completing the survey.
