It says online on their website walk-ins are accepted but you actually have to have an appointment. Found this out after waiting 30 minutes.
WARNING: YOU WILL RECEIVE A BILL 4 TIMES WHAT THEY HAVE LISTED ONLINE. I WAS TOLD BECAUSE THEY PRESCRIBED AN ANTIBIOTIC, IT WAS A LEVEL 3 VISIT, FOR WHICH I JUST RECEIVED A BILL FOR $370. THEY WILL NOT REDUCE THE AMOUNT EITHER.
Terrible. Made appointments for the flu shot at 530 and 545 for my boys. Arrived on time, checked in, but they chose to see a walk in before us even though we w ou uld be quick and had an appointment. 615 and I'm still waiting. Second time this has happened.... ridiculous. Don't waste your time.
The person who was working at this location on 08/20/18 was super friendly. We needed shots for my youngest child, she made us feel at ease and let us know up front about what to expect. Our appointment was at 8:30am and we were out by 9am. I had called around to find out prices and was happy to find a price list online. They were also the cheapest on prices and I love that it is a division of Peidmont.
Three times members of my family have tried to use this location. Each time they were told either it was allergies or that they could not be treated. The allergies turned out to be a sinus and upper respitory infection when seen by a “real” doctor. Today my wife was told they could not treat her for the removal of a tick. You will usually wait forever here even when there is no one else being seen because the person working is on the phone. Don’t wast your time with this location until they replace the existing staff.
