Someone should look at how many patients keep returning. And returning and returning.
The schedulers/front office, fails to relay messages and add you to the cancellation list at times. They are not consistent enough and this affects patient care which only exacerbates the problems they already have. I've been a patient there too long to know this and it's time to go elsewhere.
