Terrible customer service by Ken. Will not recommend them - poor customer service. Unprofessional & rude. I called to schedule a move for July. Ken called back and the conversation was absolutely disgraceful. When we spoke Ken stated that they couldn't do the 4th, I said ok how about the 11th? he said they were booked eventhough he told me I was the only one in the books at the time. I just used them on the 18th, this is my 3rd time using them and will continue to do so. They are very quick, professional and definitely know what they are doing. I recommend using them. Call them directly don't purchase a Groupon, they can match going price fairly. Again, don't use Groupon/Coupon call them directly for better pricing. Thanks Guys see U again sooner than later.
