First I will start off saying, when a patient calls a facility the receptionist need to state their name. It is totally unacceptable for a staff member to give out an incorrect name when a patient ask whom they are speaking with. Laughing and smirking under your breath is rude. If you haven't done anything wrong, why lie about your name. Second, your tone and attitude will let one know how the outcome will be. The patient/customer isn't always right. Dr. Watts is the best! I'm only giving 5 stars for Dr. Watts. She has been my doctor over 16 years. The lady at front that wear those wigs with makeup. Has a really nasty and unapproachable attitude. Everytime I come it's something. I dont know if she just a rude person and dont know how to render great customer service or what. I'd rather wait to see the other lady when checking in.
I had scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance. They called to reschedule and pushed it another two months. I understand things happen but that’s a little ridiculous. I could have let that go, but the receptionist had a terrible attitude. She had a condescending tone, and cut me off whenever I tried to ask a question. She was extremely unhelpful. I’ll be finding a different provider.
Dr.Shin is my new primary physician. He is very kind, attentive, and seems to really want to help his patients. He takes his time and listens to his patients needs and I really appreciate that.
