Dr. Watts is the best! I'm only giving 5 stars for Dr. Watts. She has been my doctor over 16 years. The lady at front that wear those wigs with makeup. Has a really nasty and unapproachable attitude. Everytime I come it's something. I dont know if she just a rude person and dont know how to render great customer service or what. I'd rather wait to see the other lady when checking in.
I had scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance. They called to reschedule and pushed it another two months. I understand things happen but that’s a little ridiculous. I could have let that go, but the receptionist had a terrible attitude. She had a condescending tone, and cut me off whenever I tried to ask a question. She was extremely unhelpful. I’ll be finding a different provider.
Dr.Shin is my new primary physician. He is very kind, attentive, and seems to really want to help his patients. He takes his time and listens to his patients needs and I really appreciate that.
If you go for your annual physical and do nothing but answer the questions the doctor asks you, "that conversation is actually outside the scope of a physical" and they will charge you extra during your "free" yearly physical..
Update: the practice manager called and was very knowledgeable about the situation I was facing. This is who I should have been directed to from the start. Problem is resolved on my end as far as I'm concerned. Just waiting on Labcorp to resubmit the bill. -----‐--------------- They have a doctor here that is showing registered in the state of Florida per Labcorp Labs.
