Worst medical experience I've ever had. I was treated better and with more respect at the federal prison medical clinic I was at than with Monica Watts.
First I will start off saying, when a patient calls a facility the receptionist need to state their name. It is totally unacceptable for a staff member to give out an incorrect name when a patient ask whom they are speaking with. Laughing and smirking under your breath is rude. If you haven't done anything wrong, why lie about your name. Second, your tone and attitude will let one know how the outcome will be. The patient/customer isn't always right.
