Be forewarned before you go to the Piedmont Physicians Center in Cartersville GA!!!I got raked over the coals by this office! They do NOT bill as "physician charges"! They bill under the "Piedmont Hospital Window" so insurance will process as hospital charges, NOT physician charges!!! I went to see a wound care specialist for a surgical wound that wasn't healing properly and was told to come back again the following week. As a patient at Piedmont Primary Care in Cartersville, Ga. I highly recommend the office and Dusty Ray Bright, NP. He is incredibly thorough, caring, and attentive making me feel comfortable and valued . The front office staff and medical team are friendly, professional, and efficient, creating a welcoming environment. I truly appreciate the compassionate care I received. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend this office and Dr Taylor. He’s very kind and knowledgeable. Everyone else in the office was also exceedingly kind and thoughtful - especially Shannon who does the lab work, the sweet lady who gave me my booster shot, and the lady who took my vitals! All around amazing patient experience and I’m glad to have found a doctors office where I feel comfortable and welcomed.
So thankful for Dr Bright & Katy! They have helped me so much and truly have listened to my needs and wants and have worked with me to achieve them. I highly recommend to go see Dr Bright for whatever needs you might have. He’s been so easy to talk to and I’m so thankful I found this practice!
