Dr.Shin has a rare sense for finding the real problem even though it’s hard to explain. I’m very fortunate to have found him. He is caring and well organized keeping good records and researching old ones. His office help responses immediately to requests and his phlebotomist is the best. That is the resident Vampire. She always gets my blood every thought I have had problems with others.
Everyone at Arnor Springs was great. My only complaint was my wait time in the exam room was excessive before seeing the NP. I arrived early knowing I would be waiting for awhile. I was taken back to the exam room fairly quick. I would have preferred to wait in the waiting room vs the exam room.
