Terrible service! Avoid dealing with this company. Do not get your mower fix here. Bad service dept and customer service is a zero.

Horrible experience! They kept the mower for 2 months. We call several times even left our phone numbers different to the original in hopes someone would call yet no call back. Then they let the mower sit for so long the new battery I bought in May is dead and won’t work. Do not do any business with this company. Service department is terrible and horrible company. Charged over 1000.00 which we could have bought a new mower by the time we hired people to mow for 2 months and now paid this bill and have a dead battery to deal... read more

I was holding off on writing this review because I was really hopeful that they would make it right. Dropped my lawnmower off on 5/9 and got it back 6/23. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication. I was told that they would look at the mower within 2 weeks. Had to call after 2 weeks to find out that they were behind (no one called us). Brought my chainsaw for servicing, it took 3 weeks to get it back. I picked it up today, couldn't even cut with it. It was so dull and dirty and they didnt even top off the oil. Cost me $120. The owner was there when I arrived and he gave me the chainsaw and doesn't say one word, just walked off. No apologies, nothing. Totally rude. That to me was the most disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
