I was holding off on writing this review because I was really hopeful that they would make it right. Dropped my lawnmower off on 5/9 and got it back 6/23. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication. I was told that they would look at the mower within 2 weeks. Had to call after 2 weeks to find out that they were behind (no one called us). Brought my chainsaw for servicing, it took 3 weeks to get it back. I picked it up today, couldn't even cut with it. It was so dull and dirty and they didnt even top off the oil. Cost me $120. The owner was there when I arrived and he gave me the chainsaw and doesn't say one word, just walked off. No apologies, nothing. Totally rude. That to me was the most disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

This business is super shady. They took a Kubota tractor from me in May 2024 at the Orange location before it sold to Beverage Tractors for a consignment sell. I bought the tractor from the Orange location, had it serviced there annually, and they did a good job working with me on the consignment sell. I was owed $15,775. The paperwork transferred to the Charlottesville office for payout and seemed to fall through the cracks after the Orange location sell to Beverage. We took a piece of equipment there. The "Mechanic" had it 3+ weeks. Still couldn't fix it. The store is ok but if you need mowers or equipment serviced or repaired, I would look elsewhere.
