Needed a glass for our vent trac I called them up and they ordered it and I was able to pick it up on a Saturday and super nice ladies working there
Stay far away! Purchased a tractor and the brand new bush hog broke before we had it a month. They look at it and say it needs a new part. 2 weeks go by with not a word from them. Phone calls go unanswered and messages are never returned. Looks like we need to go in to get an answer. Their customer service and service in general are non existent.
have called 6 times for service but service department never picks up. have left email and email with no result
Purchased my first ever zero turn mower. Travis Jones was very informative and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding the mower, and even allowed me to take a test drive. Kudos to him. Prices are reasonable and they gave me a good price.
An excellent sales and Service center for power tools. We have our zero-turn and chainsaws serviced here.
