Went in to get some snow blower parts but they didn't have them and couldn't locate them because my snow blowers old . But the service was good. A nice clean store and they sell quality stuff

They have had my BadBoy ZTElite for 2 months with no follow up. Each time I have to call them for status update, but they do not answer their phone. I stopped by multiple times to be promised return of my mower but to date has still not happened. There was one attempt to deliver but it would not start to get off the trailer!! I have zero confidence in this business. If you value customer service and a good mechanic, do not take your equipment to this business.

Needed a glass for our vent trac I called them up and they ordered it and I was able to pick it up on a Saturday and super nice ladies working there

Stay far away! Purchased a tractor and the brand new bush hog broke before we had it a month. They look at it and say it needs a new part. 2 weeks go by with not a word from them. Phone calls go unanswered and messages are never returned. Looks like we need to go in to get an answer. Their customer service and service in general are non existent.
