My husband had a appointment and they called and said they had a earlier appointment for Friday we go and they say no your appointment isn't until Monday come back Monday after they called and told him to come early. I wouldn't send anyone there.

Just drove all the way from Seneca with two small children for a ten o'clock appt. Got here and informed me that they wouldn't see me without paying my old balance of 160.00. I didn't have it in full and she was extremely hateful from the beginning. I asked if they would take half and she said no they needed it in full. I asked please as my feet in pain but she said no. Called to set up appointment for my uncle for his toe nails to be trimmed and dremeled. They dropped humana out of network. Price is $85. Asked why they didn't contact about his appointment in January or beginning of February. "We don't set appointments after visits." Lie. They contacted telling me to bring the money for the appointment back in January but, didn't give me a date or time cause they use automatic reminder recordings. This office is short staffed & does not return phone calls from the Easley office. I tried for 4 days. Left a message on the phone & portal about what I needed yet never heard back. Finally called the Greenville office & a prescription was called in, but it wasn't what I asked for. It was something stronger that can make you dizzy. There's a reason I asked for a certain prescription. A nurse I know told me about it, which is why I asked for it in the 1st place.
