Super responsive, super capable, and great prices. It doesn't get better than Piedmont Plumbing Service. Stephen installed two toilets for me - one of which needed an extension to sit right - and hooked up a sink in a vanity for me. I first submitted a work request through the website in the morning, he arrived in the afternoon and by the close of business that same day, he had all the work and clean up done. Stephen is a Rock Star! I would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing repair. I had a frozen pipe burst in my building. I left him a message on a Sunday afternoon, and he got back to me within minutes. His follow through was excellent. He came out once to assess the situation, but needed to come back after we got the furnace repaired. He ended up coming back on a day when it was snowing, the roads were bad, and the town was somewhat shut down. His prices were VERY reasonable.
