I must start this review by saying we hired Gary at Piedmont Plumbing solely on his Google reviews! While searching for a plumber to convert our electric stove over to a gas system, we encountered many who would not return our calls and even had a "no show" for a scheduled appointment. Gary completed the gas line installation on time as promised and kept in constant contact with us. He is very courteous and his work speaks for itself. This group is local and honest. I don't write reviews often and when I do you better believe it. They called me back and walked me through a few steps to diagnose the problem a little better, to the point I was able to get a few more months out of my regulator before replacing. I will be using them when the time comes. Try to find people like that around Charlotte!
I needed a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher installed. I call Piedmont plumbing and fuel piping and they informed me that providing there was no other issue it would be x amount of dollars which I taught was very reasonable. Unfortunately, when the plumber, Gary began the work, it was discovered that the drainage and other pipes was way too high to be connected.
