I came home to a front yard and driveway full of water that lead to a river running down the street. Once our water supplier came out and shut off the water at the street (since shutting of the main at the house didn't stop the deluge), I called Piedmont as they are listed as the plumber for our builder. Piedmont Plumbing was the plumbers that installed my plumbing in my Great Southern Home . My complaint is that the company is using cheap plastic push-pull valves which began leaking two years later. I called Piedmont to have it replaced with a better quality and they told me they only supplied builder grade valves and cannot install anything different from the original. Piedmont did all the plumbing for my house, a new build. After some time in the house, we noticed that we had some water damage in the cabinets underneath the four bathroom sinks (two in the master bath, two in the guest bath) due to leaking from underneath the faucet. I contacted the company, via email, on Sunday. I received a call Monday morning and the technician was at my home on Tuesday. Kevin was amazing! He smiled as he worked to detect the issue and once he found the issue, he discussed everything in detail and ensured me it was nothing serious! Customer Service at its best! A huge thank you to Heather for keeping me updated on the status of Kevin’s arrival and the thorough follow through. An amazing company! Give them a try, you surely will not be disappointed!!
