Strada-Piedmont Plumbing sent 2 plumbers to my home this morning - Wes, Field Supervisor, & Joel, plumber. Both gentlemen were polite, professional, and attentive. They REALLY dove into an ongoing issue I have been experiencing in my new home and worked to identify a solution. I can't say "thank you" enough for their diligence... Wes is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate his expertise!! Highly recommend!
We called this plumbing service on Saturday because we have a leak in our ceiling on a new construction. They told us they would be at our house between 12&2 on Monday. They never showed up, then they were supposed to be here today (Tuesday) between 12&2 and still never showed up. I have planned my day around this timeframe for 2 days now - pushed my child's nap time back so the plumber didn't interfere with his sleep (toddler). I'm at the end of my warranty. I called and spoke with Kate. She is caring, concerned, and professional! The techs that come are always polite.
Fixed the issue with the tub and toilet but the third time I needed them was a no show and no apology. Hope they show up. edit: They did. Thank you.
