If you're " Covered " by their home warranty repair for plumbing it's basically useless, I've had a leak in the ceiling of my home coming from the second floor plumbing and their worker's cut up my walls in the living room and garage and didn't even fix the leak or patch up the walls they've damaged. Trying to get ahold of their warranty department and it's directly to voicemail and the mailbox is always full, then after a few weeks when you do get ahold of them the answer's I received are " we don't cover your area anymore ... read more
Strada-Piedmont Plumbing sent 2 plumbers to my home this morning - Wes, Field Supervisor, & Joel, plumber. Both gentlemen were polite, professional, and attentive. They REALLY dove into an ongoing issue I have been experiencing in my new home and worked to identify a solution. I can't say "thank you" enough for their diligence... Wes is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate his expertise!! Highly recommend!
We called this plumbing service on Saturday because we have a leak in our ceiling on a new construction. They told us they would be at our house between 12&2 on Monday. They never showed up, then they were supposed to be here today (Tuesday) between 12&2 and still never showed up. I have planned my day around this timeframe for 2 days now - pushed my child's nap time back so the plumber didn't interfere with his sleep (toddler).
