I'm at the end of my warranty. I called and spoke with Kate. She is caring, concerned, and professional! The techs that come are always polite.

Hot water heater vent leaked into guest bathroom from hole left in roof and now our rinnai tankless hot water heater isn't working at all only after a year. Not surprised they're doing installs for new construction with such a terrible reputation. Match made in heaven.
I’d give these guys 10 stars if I could. They came out quickly, and stuck to their original quote even when the price was a little higher than he originally anticipated. They were replacing a run of thin wall PVC sewer line, and as they were digging they discovered the adjacent water line was also thin wall PVC. They replaced that as well for no additional charge. The employee that drives the truck with the tag TRD 886 is a complete moron and the company is a well for allowing his way of driving! Running multiple stop signs every single day! Speeding, passing cars on a double yellow! Pickens county will see him soon! Still don't have a truck with that tag #?
