Has to be one of the worst companies to do business with. Bought a new build, all the plumbing was done by Piedmont, now Strada. To date, we've had leaking traps on all but one sink, a broken tub spout, 1 broken/cracked toilet flange causing a leak in the subfloor, 1 toilet flange that is unlevel and incorrectly installed, also causing a leak affecting the subfloor, and an incorrectly installed main sewage line causing whole house backups. Stay away from this company.
I had technician Joe Kelley out at my property today for a leak, and I was impressed that he arrived the very same day! He was incredibly helpful and worked efficiently to get everything fixed up for me. Highly recommend!
Easy to schedule & good communication by the employee performing the work. Joe K took great care of me & resolved the issue quickly & professionally. Our shower has better pressure & hotter water than ever before!
