Dr.Adamu is the best. He took his time explaining everything I needed to no about my condition. I am very hard of hearing and he went out of his way to make sure I understood. He was truly concerned. And I thank You so much.
Had a appt today @3:30. Which has been booked for about 2 months now. Called earlier today to verify appt time, copay and if I needed to bring my insurance. Girl answers the phone, tells me I don’t need to bring anything and that I have no copay. When I get there the girl ask me will it be self pay if so there is a 100 copay. So I’m like what I literally called earlier. She spent about 5 minutes trying to call my insurance company and says we have to reschedule I can’t get through. Mind you this was a 45 minute drive.
